What four days
Do I need a visa to attend if I'm travelling from another country?
For most international buyers travelling from outside the host country, a visa or letter of invitation may be required to enter Spain (for Europe 2027), TĂ¼rkiye (for TĂ¼rkiye 2026) or the United States (for America 2026). Once your application as a Hosted Buyer is approved, our team will issue an official invitation letter that supports your visa application. You can also start the process directly through our visa request form below — we recommend doing it at least 60 days before the event.

Who are the Suppliers attending? Can I see the list?
Can I apply to attend multiple editions?
Every application is reviewed individually by our team. We assess professional activity, purchasing authority, category relevance for the specific edition and geographic fit. Selectivity is intentional — it guarantees the quality of the room for both buyers and suppliers, and ensures everyone is surrounded by relevant counterparts.
Can I attend more than one edition?
Yes. Each edition has a different pool of suppliers and a different geographic focus, so attending multiple editions gives you access to entirely different markets. Each application is reviewed independently. Many returning buyers attend two editions a year.
How many meetings will I have, and how are they arranged?
A minimum of 20 pre-arranged 1-to-1 meetings are scheduled across days 2 and 3 (and day 3 morning for 4-day editions). Before the event you complete a profile detailing what kind of suppliers you’re looking for, then access our matchmaking app to review suggested meetings, accept or decline them and request additional ones. Your final agenda is published before you arrive.
What happens if I have to cancel after being approved?
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, there is no penalty and the place returns to the waitlist. Within 30 days, we ask that you find a colleague from your company to attend in your place if possible — both to honour the supplier meetings already scheduled and to keep your company’s presence in the room. Our team can help coordinate the transfer.
Where will I be staying?
All hosted buyers stay at the official partner hotel for the full duration of the programme — usually a 4★ or 5★ property within walking distance of the event venue, with full board included. Specific hotel details are confirmed once your application is approved. See the Accommodations & Venue section of each edition page for more detail.
The room fills up.
Every edition has a fixed number of Hosted Buyer places. When they are gone, the waitlist opens. If the programme fits your profile, the right moment to apply is now.
